By creating an account and using Clearbook Ledgr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Clearbook Ledgr is a personal finance tracking application that allows users to manually enter and track financial information including loan balances, credit cards, income, budgets, and expenses. Clearbook Ledgr does not connect to any financial institutions, does not store bank credentials, and does not handle or transfer money.
All financial data entered into Clearbook Ledgr is entered manually by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data. Your data is stored securely in a hosted database and is accessible only to you through your account credentials.
Clearbook Ledgr is currently in alpha. The application administrator may have access to anonymized or aggregated data for the purpose of maintaining and improving the service. Individual user data is protected by row-level security and is not shared with other users or third parties.
Clearbook Ledgr is a tracking tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
You agree not to use Clearbook Ledgr to store illegally obtained financial information, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse engineer or exploit the application.
Clearbook Ledgr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or uninterrupted availability of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearbook Ledgr and its developers shall not be liable for any financial losses, data loss, or damages arising from use of the application.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
